I'm a biology major at Stetson University. This semester I write the proposal, in the fall I do the actual experiment, and next spring is when I present my findings.

I talked to my professor and he said it would be fine to do. He suggested to do it on mice because they housed together in a single cage, whereas the rats are solitary. I reviewed some literature and it seems the experiment has been done several times already so I'm currently trying to put a new twist on it. The problem is that I'm not able to read the full papers for ideas, only the abstracts. I can probably order the journals through the library.

Any new ideas for something else I could test for?
