I tried these the other day, and could not get them to harden either. So I put the glob into a Thick "Ziplock" baggie and took it to work. The funny thing was that it looked just like a huge "stool sample" (I added cocoa) on my desk.

It actually taste good, and keeps your metabolism evened out. A couple of co-workers wanted to try it out and loved it, in fact, they want the recipe.
