* decent. lacked energy today tho. i didnt breathe great on my squats and it was harder than it should have been. hip mobility exercises made a big difference in depth and i got low with a wide stance fairly easily today.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
