I had the surgery... it didnt work. same pop and same pain. BUT i saw many specialists who took their own MRI's. They all said although it continues to pop and hurt, there are no signs of actual damage to my joint. So they said I should just ignore it because it isn't doing actual damage. Now I wish I didn't get the surgery...
