Well i looked back on my post and i guess i really havent post what my workout routine is right now so here it is i will begin with today an go from there. I seemed to have got lost myself without having it wrote down. Duh
day4: traps/Yep they get there own day
All of these are twice a day for right now, this seems crazy.
So today will be Triceps and forearms. Okay i'm back on track. I was having so much fun lifting i forgot what i was doing. hehe
