So just got back if; you can tell by my last post i'm full of energy. It was a great day for legs let me tell you. Here goes, this was insane and i plan on going back tonight if i can walk that is.
all exercises 5 sets of at least 7 if not more.
deep squats 225lbs
sitting machine incline leg press 720lbs
standing machine incline leg press 360lbs
box squats 315lbs
calf raises on inclie leg press 540lbs
hamsting curls machine 120lbs
then to top it off squat till you drop with just the bar for five sets, by the last set i only did 14 reps; man it was great.
See you tonight if i can walk.
