leg press-720x6, 810x6
standing calf (smith)-270x12, 360x12, 380x10
seated calf-90x15, 135x13
*pretty good. my last set was my best for squats i got down deeper and felt better.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
