leg press-720x6, 810x6
sldl-335x6, 345x7

standing calf (smith)-270x12, 360x12, 380x10
seated calf-90x15, 135x13

box jumps-5

6mins treadmill

*pretty good. my last set was my best for squats i got down deeper and felt better.
