Bench- 135x10,8, 185x6, 230x3, 255x1,
275x3, 280x3, 285x2 (grr)
paused- 250x2,2,2
weighted pullup-60x6, 62.5x4,4
1 arm db milt-65x8,8 (time to change this out)
seated cable row-16x10, 17x10, 18x9
pushdown (rope)- 11x8,8,8
hammer curls-65x6,6,6

5mins treadmill

i dont know if it was cuz i worked all day or becuz i did a similart workout 2 days ago. idk but today sucked.
