weighted pullup-60x6, 62.5x4,4
1 arm db milt-65x8,8 (time to change this out)
seated cable row-16x10, 17x10, 18x9
pushdown (rope)- 11x8,8,8
i dont know if it was cuz i worked all day or becuz i did a similart workout 2 days ago. idk but today sucked.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
