Re: Optimum Training Time
Due to my disappointing gains last month, I have set a goal for this month to be out of the gym in 1.5 hours (including a short warm up and normally a small "lagging" body part at the end), so that ends up being about 1 hour of actual lifting.
Last month I'd often spend 2 hours lifting, and my gains were... "sub optimal" in my mind.
Not much of a scientific experiment, but I'll report back if I notice any big changes this month.
