Is Everything Possible In Bodybuildng??
We learned on ABC that a bodybuilder has no limits, a bodybuilder must go beyond genetic limitation and that the only limits there is, are the ones you apply upon yourself.
With this set of ideas being our mentality on ABC, can we actually apply it on reality, to do anything to our bodies??
I mean, can I turn into a massive freak like Ronnie Coleman without taking drugs, by denying my genetic limitations??
If we have no limits, can we add pounds of mass in a day, or lose pounds of fat in another??
I've been woking with the no limits mentality from the day I started working out till today, but then those questions hit my mind when my goals started to expand. Are these sayings that cannot come to reality?? So I'm looking for some feedback from you guys.
