Soy protein. Finding the balance between just enough and too much.
People always talk about the healthy benefits, including lowering cholesterol, helps reduce the risk of heart related diseases, etc. But people also talk about the negative...estrogen! What man wants estrogen in their system?
With that said, does anyone have any scientific theories and/or evidence as to how much soy protein would be beneficial and how mch would be detremental?
