Yeah, for tricep work I am very careful with my ROM. I've also dropped barbell bench (Though thats mainly because I didn't get anything out of it in terms of size gains).
Also I started warming up my elbows very thouroughly before any presses or tricep work - usually 4 sets of pressdowns and some curls (you have to warm up the whole elbow joint, not just part of it).
