*8 out of 10. i made progress but getting the weight into the starting position is a problem for db milt. i felt pain in my left tricep trying to get the weight into position. im capable of using more weight but the problem is getting it into position.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
