thank u very much for the good words. I'm 21 almost 22 and i lifted on and off most of high school and then i got serious at 18 when i was a freshman in college than i stopped lifting for almost a year for the army. then i got back into it again last april.
bb rows-245*6, 250*6, 255*6
weighted pullups-45*6, 55*5
t-bar rows-180*8, 225*5 (too big of a jump)
hs calf raise-450*12, 500*11, 520*10
lp calf-940*12, 1030*12
static calf raise-11*45s
2mins at 4, 1 min at 10, 3mins at 4, 1min at 10.5, 3mins at 4, 1min at 11-12, 4mins walk (my favorite kind of running, short hard runs for a min then walking for recovery)
*9 out of 10. the good news is my bb rowing and bench numbers for this week were even. the weight i can use for calves is big but i still dont like the way that they look.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
