I've found that limiting my bench press to having my arms only go to 90 degrees has allowed me to stay off it. By doing so, I can actually focus MORE on my pecs. I'm happy, learning more about MY body. Isn't that what it's all about?
Keep updating, as this is important. I know I searched FOREVER to find what it is. Perhaps we can fill in some gaps on what to do. I would like to "cure" mine. Can I?
I've thought about the possibility that I have some sort of imbalance in the muscles on that arm. I'm thinking if I train it without "popping" it, I might build the muscle in a fashion that would eventually cause it to balance out.
