*2nd deadlift day in a row where i get hurt. what is up with this. i was feeling strong today all the warmup sets felt light. i guarentee that i would have set a new pr of at least 510 today. however, on my last warmup set of 455 i planned to pull a fast single. i think i pulled it without getting set up properly and i felt a pain in my left side of my lower back and it sounded liek a crack. i am pretty sure it is just a pulled muscle but it is still annoying. i wasnt gonna stop my workout after that i just was careful.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
