hs shrugs-470*20, 25 (i think my arms got longer after this set)
*my legs are still sore and i didnt have the energy today. 6 out of 10. im gonna change it so i do one back exercise 4days a week with 2 for width and 2 for thickness. shrugs went good today tho.
