*good workout today. 9 out of 10. i didn't think my pressing would be so good considering i did 3 sets of seated bb milt yesterday. however, i recovered fast. this is my style of lifting and it works and i am going to stick with it for awhile and im not gonna make any major changes. THE END! lol
