I tried baking them. The result was good but too dry. It becomes a bisket. Once I tweak it, I`ll post the baking directions. 2nd thought maybe I should be putting a patent on it. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Baking does not destroy the protein. If there is a artificial sweetner, it cannot handle being baked. It gets totaly destroyed. Stevia and sugar products can only be used.
