I have experienced the same kind of thing, but I am experiencing a lot of pain with it. I've continued to lift heavy even though any type of chest press, tricep extension aggravates it. I take anti-inflammatory's and ice several times a day. Should I stop lifting or just work through it, and is there anything else I can do?
