Well it’s Monday and doms is killing me, so it wasn’t as great as I wanted it to be but here it is. All sets 12-12-8-8-6.

5 sets Zercher squats 185 all five sets
5 sets Seated calf raises with 45lbd on lap
Back
5 sets back raises with 45lbs
5 sets Two arm dumbbell pullover’s 45lbs
5 sets Standing cable face pulls 45lbs
5 sets Two arm long bar angle pulls 135-135-125-125-115
5 sets Lying flat bench dumbbell 35 lbs
On my way to getting massive; nothing can stop me now.
