5 sets Adam “old school” ext. 105lbs
5 sets Decline triceps press 125lbs
5 sets Reverse cable press downs 80-105-115-115-125
5 sets Triceps cable press downs 80-105-115-115-105
5 sets Dips behind the back with 45lbs on lap
5 sets Forearms twist 20lbs
5 sets Thors hammer 15lbs
5 sets Rope Pull 25lb weight attached
5 sets Barbell over a bench wrist curls 55lbs
5 sets One arm cable reverse curls 70-75-80-90-85
On my way to getting massive; nothing can stop me now.
