Well wend I had a killer chest and shoulder workout; goes something like this. All sets 12-12-8-8-6.
Chest
5 sets flat bench press 245-275-305-315-325
5 sets decline bench press 275-305-315-345-345
5 sets flat bench dumbbell press 65-75-75-85-95
5 sets dumbbell fly’s 45-55-65-65-75
5 sets machine fly’s 135-155-165-210-220

Shoulders
5 sets full barbell front raises 45-85-85-85-95
5 sets straight arm dumbbell front and rear raises 35-45-45-55-55
5 sets side lat dumbbell raises 25-35-35-35-45
5 sets upright cable pulls (straight bar) 115-135-150-210-215
Oh yeah
