Dear Members,

Over the years, ABCbodybuilding.com has developed into the Ultimate Resource for Bodybuilding Information in existence!

What we are can be summed up in a single phrase—Cutting Edge!

One thing that makes this site so unique is our ardent stance on science, in that all recommendations given are based on hundreds of hours of scientific research.

In this context, we feel it has become a necessity to start a forum dedicated to discussing cutting edge scientific topics.

We would like to keep this forum to only in-depth scientific discussions, so there are several important guidelines to follow.

Research Questions, Theories, and Suggestions

In this forum, we will be posting various cutting edge research questions, suggestions and theories. These posts need to follow several regulations.

Tip of The Week

One of our hard-core members, TheMac, has proposed an additional feature to the site called the “Tip of the Week” This will consist of scientific bodybuilding tips that an athlete can immediately implement in their programs.

The Mac is in charge of posting these threads. Therefore, if anyone would like to submit a Tip of the Week to this Forum, please pm, or email TheMac at armcdona@learn.senecac.on.ca

Posterior deltoid lagging? The main stimulus for achieving complete development in the rear delts is attaining a full range of motion. Many people's rear shoulders plateau because they do not include exercises that give a full range of motion, like one handed movements and cable exercises.
