5 sets prone dumbbell fly’s-45-45-35-35-25
5 sets one arm cross cable laterals-80-80-70-70-50
5 sets seated cable rows-270-220-220-200-180
Oh yeah baby, that feels good, I’m super pumped.
Now I eat then sleep for 9 hours.
