This is old stuff below start reading on page 8 for DC.
I always told myself I needed to keep a journal so here it is.
My workout program consist of 2 a days cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. Of course I work third shift so it is really the opposite.
My cardio workout consist of 100 pushups, 100 pull ups, abs every other day, and 45 minutes on the treadmill, bike, or cross trainer. (Sometimes the mountain climber)
My weight program goes like this:
Mon: legs, back (legs to include squats)
Wend: chest, shoulders
Fri: biceps, traps (yep I do them separate from back)
Sun: triceps, forearms
Tue, Thu, Sat, are my off days but sometimes I canít help myself (you know what I mean).
My first workout for this journal will be this morning, I will log it when complete.
