I'll take cold chops to eat pre workout but then again I'll do the same with any meat. I like fish mornay pre workout or cold stew with peas and carrots in it. And cold onion rings and potatoes and I'd walk across hot coals for some cold roast punkin. And yorkshire pudding and I think I should stop there.
