*back from a.t. with over 2 weeks off from lifting and i noticed i got winded easier than normal but ill get it back soon. didn't lose to much strength tho
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
