bench with hold for 3 secs 2inches of chest-185*5,5,5
feet elevated diamonds-21
front db raises-20*15,15
*i am going to lift heavier now and try to get my strength back up
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
