Muscle placement
I was wondering, what exercise would I do to get muscle on my hip( if possable), you know the sides? I try squats but that just adds to my arse. My hip looks like a square and I want it rounded, I could gain weight but it doesn't go to that part of my body sadly [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] , could someone please help me... thankyou.
