It's been 8 1/2 months since my wife gave birth to our first, a boy. She is now ready to start weight lost for the summer.

She's not into bodybuilding, but knows the importance of all that goes into BB, like Cardio, Diet, and Weight Training. Do any of you ladies understand where she's coming from? Can you please help with guidance in regards to a Diet, Cario and Weight training programs? It's pretty difficult for me to have her follow me with the 24 Mass building.
