Quick-n-Easy Chicken Burritos

2 cans chicken (like tuna, but its chopped chicken)
2 large flour tortillas
cheese
fat free sour cream
salsa

Drain chicken, heat it up. Warm up tortillas (15-20 s. in microwave). Spread chicken in your tortillas. Sprinkle lightly w/ cheese. Wrap 'em up. Pour a little sour cream and salsa on top. Eat.

2 burritos = 570 calories; 56 g. protein; 66 g. carbs; 4 g. fat.

Nutrient makeup doesn't include cheese, sour cream, or salsa.
