tri pushdowns-55*15,15 (emphasis the flexing part of the movement slow contraction)
treadmill 20 mins
repeat 3x (2mins at level 5, 1min at level 9, 2mins at level 4)
20pushups/75 flutter kicks
*pretty good workout i wore out my cuzin after the 1st 9 sets haha.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
