Orange Chicken
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. of frozen Orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. Thyme or Sage
4-5 skinless chicken breast
Place chicken in a baking pan (approx. 8”x10”). Mix first three ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken coating all sides of chicken. Let it sit in fridge for about 30 minutes.
Place in preheated oven on broil for about 7 minutes, flip chicken over and boil other side for another 7 minutes.
