SO im well on my way to acheiving my initial goals.
INITIALLY: 132 pounds as of sept 20, 2004
100 pounds BP
CURRENTLY: 140 pounds as of OCT. 9, 2004
120 pounds BP
GOALS: 150+pounds by JAN 1,2005
CARVE THE ABS
also minor goals for every muscle group (3 peaks visible tricep, half inch to bicep, ETC ETC
HAPPY STEVE! i will continue to work towards SMASHING my goals! wish me luck all, sofar so good!
