so far thats the plan. EAT EAT EAT! wait an hour, and repeat.
my workouts intense and often too, i can barely hold my arms up on the keyboard to type at the moment! i love it. I did the first week in 8 weeks to battering ram strength (triceps) yesterday, and it felt great. I also did biceps, and i am going to do a chest workout tonight.
