3 cups lettuce/romaine
1 can of tuna, drained
Balsamic vinegar to give it some kick
...and if you're lacking throughout your diet, some safflower oil, flaxseed oil or flax seeds will be great here!
Or if you're not too lazy, options, in which amounts are as per your preference:
Fat-free shredded cheese
Chopped broccoli
Chopped/sliced almonds
