Crockpot Chicken
This isn't fancy but it makes the chicken very tender and juicy with rich flavors.
In your crockpot put:
1 cup brown rice
1 can of reduced sodium vegatable broth
1 TBSP chicken bouillon flakes (or a bouillon cube)
2 cups water
6 chicken breasts
Combine these and put on high and you can eat in about 4 hours. The rice soaks up a lot of the liquid so they are very puffy and filling
