Tues:Bi's

Fri:Off
Sat:Shoulders
Sun:Legs
I will be looking at other journals as I have seen some interesting workouts and will be using them throughout my cut. Cardio will be done 2-3x a week by either jump roping or HIT style I just don't know when because i have baseball games and will not have time for cardio on days of games
