Actually I have been doing this split for awhile. I do it for several reasons.
One it is the only thing to fit into my schedule and still get 4 good workouts a week.
Two if I only work one body part on a trip to the gym then I feel like I cheated myself.
Three I kinda like working shoulders with Legs.
I have seen pretty good results but if there is a better way to split and still fit into my schedule I am all for it.
