Objective: Persuade the reader to follow a healthy eating lifestyle.
Talk about frequent eating (5+ per day) vs. the opposite (3x per day) and how it speeds the metabolism and burns more fat.
As well as EFAs and fat in general as necessities for health, as well as them being great fat burners themselves (contrary to popular belief - and the same with carbs, speak of their duty in the body and how they don't automatically make you fat)
I could go on and on, but just these facts alone can bring you into 2 pages easy on just the "basics"!
