Yeah, but like I said, I'm only doing dumbbells with the biceps/triceps now, in a week I'll be getting the bench and then I'll get serious...
I'm just looking for advice on my diet, which, like I said is 4 meals a day consisting of high-protein and high-carb foods...
Also, I'm looking for advice on what I should start doing once I get the bench and barbell...
