leg ext. ss w/ squats (all to rock bottom)

85# x 12 165# x 4 to parallel only

front squats to rock bottom for a stretch

leg ext. ( 1 giant drop set)

I didn't count for each one but I did around a total of around 100

calves: pausing at top and bottom
