Solid workout. I used the Yu Yevon method throughtout the workout and it worked awesome, insane pump! Back/biceps should be tomorrow I may change splits next week. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] My chest DOMS really affects my back workout, so I'm gonna have to switch it around.. Any tips with a 4 day split?
