I had an awesome pump at the end of this workout! Man those venom rows rock, I had a great mind/muscle connection throughout the workout with my lats which kicked arse! Try em out if you haven't! Also, I think my strength went down a little but it's tough to tell, since back then I used straps but now I don't. hmmm....
