I aet 4-6 slices of 100% stone ground wheat every day. You saw my pics from last week. We're all different. I wouldn't suggest bread to a guy who started lifting at 16% bf or higher, since they most likely would not take well to carbs. A guy like me, I could probably eat a whole loaf a day and not have problems [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
You're kinda in the middle from the old pics I saw before, so 2 will definitely be fine. Just make sure it's natural stuff. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
