This'll be my new journal. My RC is at around 95+ percent and am going to start up with a 4 day split on Sunday. As for updated stats - 14 yrs, 5'3", 143 at around 15-18% bf.
I'm going to be clean bulking for a few months, then cut for the summer! This is the diet I will be following and will be bumping up cals slowly.
Meal 1 6:00 - 1 scoop whey, 1.5 cups oats, 1/2 cup ff milk
667 Cals p/c/f - 50/96/10
Meal 2 8:50 - 1.5 Homeade protein bars
428 Cals p/c/f - 38/33/20
Meal 3 11:45- Grilled Chicken, 2 Slices wheat bread, 2 TBSP PB
550 Cals p/c/f - 48/50/23
Pre WO 3:00 - Can o Tuna, 2 Slices wheat bread, 1.5 TBSP PB
550 Cals p/c/f - 54/46/24
Post WO 6:00 - 2 Scoops Whey
220 Cals p/c/f - 46/6/3
Meal 6 8:30 - 1 Cup ff CC, 2 TBSP PB
354 Cals p/c/f - 37/12/18
= 2,768 Cals and a p/c/f of 273/244/93 at 40/30/30.
Split -
Day 1 - Chest/Tri/Gastro
Day 2 - Back/Traps
Day 3 - Cardio/Abs
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Delts/Biceps
Day 6 - x*
Day 7 - x*
