notes: worked out at home as I'm home for reading week. My regular gym was closed on this fine Sunday eve. Didn't have enough 10s for the dumbbells to do anything more on the rear laterals, man I remember when I had TOO much weight! First day a couple years ago when I came home with all the weights I loaded up a dumbbell with 40lb., and could barely do anything with it! I couldn't do anything more than hold it with a straight arm! Now I can hammer curl it, you name it.
