First, sorry for your friend's death. I hope you're doing better with it.
Second, I have just recently gone to the doctor and physical therapist for my left shoulder (after three years of suffering). Might I suggest you check these exercises in my journal that the PT gave me to strengthen it?

Third, you aren't doing anything wrong with the picture. It's just that yahoo doesn't allow external linking. You can post the link and people will be directed to the page or you can use something like
www.81x.com (free and unlimited) to host your pictures. They allow external linking.
