Yeah squats are going up pretty fast, I thought maybe legs always go fast. But I think it'll start slowing down soon. I'm not really on a strength routine, more of a BBing routine. Late December I met with a personal trainer and we made a routine.
Day 1 - Cheat
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Shoulders & Traps
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Legs
with abs every couple days or so
I've been doing this for about a month now, so I'm gonna switch up my routine for Febuarary. I'm looking for a good one right now.
